Vacation….Good or Bad?

Some people think vacation is good, some think is bad. What do you think? For me it’s both! The good part is that you take a good rest from school and all the boring teachers and rules and tests and….uh! The bad part is that you don’t see your friends regularly. But when you’re not traveling, try going to the movies or to clubs or anything like that to meet your friends again. Do you like vacation? Usually, what do you do?

Do you ever wonder what to write?

Well, sometimes I wonder what to write on my MSN, Orkut, Twitter and Facebook. Well if you wonder that too, here are some cool phrases in portuguese and english :

If I choose to be…

If I choose to be a singer I would be Fergie because she sings well and she dresses the way I would like to dress + she is beautiful.

If I choose to be an actor or actress I would be Reese Witherspoon because I think she is a good actress and because I think that all the movies she makes are fun and cute.

If I choose to be a sport player I would be Candace Parker because she is the best woman basketball player of the moment and is doing really well on WNBA.

Big Brother Brazil 9

In Brazil there is this TV show called Big Brother Brazil.Each year this TV show happen.It’s is a reality show.The winner gets a prize of  one million reais.My opinion is that Max(Maximiliano) will win.There are 3 persons in the dispute.Max,Priscila and Francine.Who do you think will win?

100 years of Inter!!

Yesterday my favorite soccer team (Inter!!) made 100 years of existence. All the people that cheer for this team got in reunion in the city where it was “born”. It was a huge party! Today there was this game that Inter had to play for the “Campeonato Gaúcho” (championship of Brazil) against Grêmio, Inter’s rival. When these teams play together it’s called Grenal.Always when a Grenal happens there is a huge number of people cheering in the stadium.Inter won from 2-1 from Grêmio.It was a beautiful game! Happy century birthday Inter!!!

According to the results of the survey I did for ideas, the winner subject was movie. So here it goes!

             Slumdog Millionaire. That is the title of the movie that won best movie in Oscars awards 2009.This movie was made in Bollywood, India by Danny Boyle.This movie is about crime, drama and romance.

            The story of Jamal Malik, an 18 year-old orphan from the slums of Mumbai, who is about to experience the biggest day of his life. China TV

Always when I wake up my mom turns on the TV. It always appears this Chinese kid program and I always change channel. But today I decided to watch the Chinese kid program. You know what?…..It taught me a little of Chinese language!!!For example I learned that “Hi=Ni Hao”; “Green=Luci”; “Grandpa=Ye-Ye”. “Go up=sheng (xan)”; “Go down=Fú”.Cool isn’t it? What languages do you speak?

Science fair 2009

This year my science fair project is about “Conductors of Heat”. I will be preparing my science fair today so I can present it tomorrow. In my school the science fair is judged by: creativity, development, booth (where you present), presentation….well those kinds of things! Here are some tips to get your science fair going :

1.      You need to have a science fair project in mind;

2.      Get help from your parents and/or teacher;

3.      Make a power point presentation. Include: opening page, table of contents,abstract,Introduction(with Question, Hypothesis and purpose),Method,Results,Analysis ,Conclusion and References(if you had any);

4.      Prepare you presentation(it is a very important part);

5.      Make a beautiful booth or poster;
